This 4-week series is designed specifically for first responders. This class can be described as a practical and sustainable skill set for self-regulation to build resiliency and increase performance, reduce stress, and help prevent injuries. Classes are taught by Samantha Free on Wednesdays in June from 6:15-7:15 PM.

It is recommended to take the 4-week series.
