  • Please arrive to class 5 – 10 minutes early. We are a small studio and classes tend to fill up.

  • If you are late to class, please wait to enter the studio space until meditation is over and the teacher has re-opened the door.

  • Please be considerate of the other students and do not wear fragrance to class.

  • Please do not park behind the building or in the adjacent lot.

  • Parking is available on the street and in the lot across the street.
