Introducing: Total Body Reset ✨
(formerly Strength & Stretch)
Tuesday's at 10:30 AM. In this class, we will focus on building strength throughout the entire body, including the arms, legs, core, and mind. Designed to build strength, improve balance, and leave you feeling grounded, energized, and reset—inside and out.
Perfect for all levels looking to move with intention and feel stronger in their everyday life.

Join Samantha for an inspiring all-levels class that seamlessly links breath with movement. Through a creative sequence of postures, you'll build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness in a continuous, flowing practice.
Samantha offers personalized guidance, verbal alignment cues, and gentle hands-on assistance to help you move safely and confidently. Whether you're newer to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll feel supported, challenged, and refreshed.
Come as you are — leave feeling balanced, empowered, and connected.

Gentle Slow Flow

Join Samantha on Thursday mornings for her Gentle Slow Flow Class from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
This gentle, all-level class focuses on gentle movement and breathing techniques to help us reconnect to our bodies. We will focus on finding more calmness and clarity. Props are available to assist people in their practice. These classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners who prefer a quieter practice.
*This is a hybrid class, also available via Zoom at the same time if you do not wish to attend in-studio.*

Slow Flow Gentle Yoga

Join Samantha Thursday evenings for her Deep Stretch Gentle Yoga Class from 6:15 to 7:15 pm.
Deep Stretch Gentle Yoga is an eclectic mix of hatha yoga styles which includes, standing poses, slow vinyasa practice, floor work, pranayama, and meditation practices. Props are available to assist people in their practice. The pace of gentle yoga is easy with plenty of instruction. These classes are appropriate for beginners as well as people with yoga experience who prefer a more quiet practice.

Deep Gentle Stretch
Join Amy or Jodi for an ALL-level yoga flow, offering gentle stretching, flexibility, and mobility to all levels. Perfect for the beginner, or even an experienced Yogi.

Awaken Your Soul Morning Mixed Level
IN-PERSON
This class emphasizes linking the breath with continual movement. Samantha will lead us as we flow through a sequence of basic postures, building stamina, strength, flexibility, and balance. It is designed so that all levels can practice together in an encouraging environment.
