NEW Community Yoga Class
In the Studio, Fridays 4-5 pm 

Join Chloe for this 1 hour Mellow Flow Gentle to Moderate Slow Flowing Yoga Class; this class will move at a mellow pace with longer supported holds allowing for deep relaxation and movement of energy, creating peace and contentment to ease you into the weekend.
