This 4-week series is designed specifically for first responders. This class can be described as a practical, sustainable skill set for self-regulation that builds resilience, increases performance, reduces stress, and helps prevent injuries. Classes are taught by Samantha Free on Wednesdays from 6:15-7:15 PM - BEGINS JANUARY 28, 2026

Saturdays in February: Discover the foundations of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment. This 4-week series is designed for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their practice. Each session focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques.
Choose ALL 4 classes or individual classes.
