Sunday Morning Men’s Yoga Series

Samantha Free will be teaching this gentle yoga class series for men only. These classes are for beginner students and students returning to their practice. Each week, you will learn standing, seated and reclined poses and stretches. We will start and end each class with breathing and focusing our minds.

Series starts Sunday August 4th and runs until August 25th. Class runs from 9:00 am- 10:00 am August 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th.

Our 4 Class Series is $70, with walk-ins $20 per class.
