Mindfulness Walk with Samantha at the Clinton Community Library

Strong research supports that mindfulness is helpful for those suffering from anxiety, depression, or even just daily stress. Mindfulness is awareness of the present moment, with an attitude of openness and acceptance that can help change our reactions and perspective.

Samantha Free will lead a Mindfulness Walk along the Clinton Nature Trail. Participants will observe the sights and sounds of this relaxing atmosphere. After the walk, light refreshments will be available in the library for all to enjoy.
